Brian has an extensive background with Microsoft technology reaching back four decades. He supported enterprise customers in Microsoft’s premier support team in Charlotte, and worked in pivotal consulting roles with financial organizations in Toronto. Brian has taken on many roles in his career, including escalation manager, software architect, team manager, and product manager.
